We need to share and collaborate on several MS Project 2007 projects and need some guidance on how this is best done. Some of the staff we need to collaborate with are outside our company firewall and some are internal. Specifically, we have these questions:
1. Do we need to install MS Project Server 2007 to collaborate?
2. Can we stand up the MS Project Server 2007 on a CITRIX box that can be accessed by those outside the firewall?
3. It appears that all users need the client side of the product installed. Is that correct?
4. Can Task assignees update their tasks via MS Outlook?
5. Is there any alternative to standing up MS Project Server 2007?
