No matter how wide I make the window some of the file names are clipped off the end. How do I get the full name showing.

I know that this has been discussed previously, but I don’t remember any satisfactory solution. I know that when I was using OL 2003, I simply learned to live with it. shrug

If you click the top level “-” to close the entire folder tree and click the “+” to expand it again, Outlook will fix this. That’s just a workaround; I’m not aware of a solution.

The problem seems to be caused (at least in my case) by increasing the default font size in Windows’ Display settings. Outlook sometimes changes between the factory default size and the user’s larger default font size. However, it does not recalculate the space needed to display the folder names when it increases the font size. Hence the manual workaround.

Thanks, that seemed to do it! I guess I had never closed and expanded the list before??? Or If I did I just wasn’t paying attention.

I do change the display settings once in a while (playing Flight Sim and when I hook up to a TV to watch movie and etc.) I will watch what happens when it changes back and forth.

        Thanks again.
