Problem: Primary user on XP PC running Word 2007 no longer sees all the clipart she once saw. She sees dglxasset.aspx instead. Logged onto the same PC (but as a network admin), I can see the clipart correctly.

    Attempts at a solution:

[*]Cleared temporary internet files. Nothing changed.
      [*]Repaired Word. Nothing changed.
[*]Renamed mstore10.mgc on user’s profile. Nothing changed.
[*]Uninstalled and reinstalled Word. Nothing changed.
      [*]Installed all options. Nothing changed.
[*]Ensured that neither of us had anything in file locations, clip art inside Word (Word options). A few more clip art images appeared for the user but not anywhere near what I get on the same PC.

I rebooted the computer and restarted Word after these attempts.

More: Others are also using XP and Word 2007 with no problems.

Someone thought this could be an issue of permissions. We are in a networked environment using Active Directory. Others with the same configuration can see all the clipart but this one user has problems on her PC.

      Hi Cybermama,

If faced with this problem I would search the hard drive (including system and hidden folders and files) for dglxasset.aspx. I would rename that file and see what happens. This looks like what happens when the building blocks file becomes corrupted.
