• Clear all paragraph formatting (PPT 2007)

I understand that the Clear All Formatting button in the ribbon clears the TEXT formatting, and allows the Slide Master text format to prevail. However, it leaves the Paragraph formatting intact. Specifically, if I right-click a line and choose Paragraph… I want to remove the Spacing After value, and allow the value from the Slide Master to prevail.

How can I do this? So far, all I’ve found is that I can visit each slide and manually set the Spacing After. Is there a Clear All Paragraph Formatting command?

    Thanks in advance

If you Right-Click on the Slide, you will find the menu option “Reset Slide”. This will reset to the master default.
