    Hi All,

    Is it possible to change the default folder in the “Choose Form … ” dialog box to “User Templates in File System” instead of the “Organizational Forms Library”. This company has just switched to Outlook from Pegasus and do not like the multiple steps involved to get to their email templates …

    post 498,755[/url] and it didn’t seem to apply to setting this default.

    Thanks,

      I once created a macro which used SendKeys to simulate the steps of opening the dialog and changing the drop-down. Because SendKeys can be disrupted by other elements of the environment that the developer didn’t expect, it is just not a sufficiently reliable solution to roll out to lots of users. Unless you like to apologize. smile

      Sub ShowTemplates()
      SendKeys "%tfou"
      End Sub
