Chart 3 columns, 1line (Excel 2002)

Can anyone suggest a way to plot 3 columns and 1 line on a chart? I tried the “Line – Column on 2 Axes” custom chart type but can’t figure out how to modify to see 3 columns based on one unit of measurement and a line on another measurement. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
It can (almost certainly) be done but can you give us some more information about how your data is organised – if you can post a sample workbook, it may help to clarify things.

Create a chart as a column chart (all 4 will be columns)
Right-click on the dataseries you want to be a line and choose Charttype and select line
