• Changing to New Outlook

I have read that Microsoft will be deprecating the Old Outlook in favour of the new version sometime this year. I have the usual various Outlook.com aliases, but also have two Gmail addresses and a Sky/Yahoo email address. Is there a guide I can download to help me import these email accounts into the new Outlook? Thankyou. Tony.

If you are currently using the desktop Outlook app which Microsoft is now calling classic Outlook you have nothing to worry about for a long time. I believe the last thing I saw was that classic Outlook will be around until 2029 at least. There is no rush to change. Microsoft will undoubtedly do its best to encourage and cajole users to the new Outlook.
