change how Outlook opens up

For some reason Outlook was changed from a friendly opening to one that requires several changes each time I open it. I don’t seem to be able to get it to open my normal Email. Instead it opens the backup folder. See attachment.
I want Outlook to go to my Gmail upon opening – it now goes to Backup. How do I correct this?
Probably an easy fix, but I haven’t been able to do it.

In Outlook 2010 goto File -> Options -> Advanced, then look for the option to “Start Outlook in this folder:”
