Change date format Access 2003

I have a date of 08/12/11. I would like it to have 08/12/2011-how can this be done in Access 2003?

You don’t say where the date is?
If it is in the table that you want to change it just select the date field in design mode, click on the General Tab under Field Properties then enter mm/dd/yyyy.

To change it in a query: TempFieldName: Format([your field name here],”mm/dd/yyyy”)

To change it in a Report: Select the field, right click, select properties, select the Format tab, click in the Format field and type mm/dd/yyyy.
