Did you know that if you want to center a page vertically and it contains a footnote on the page, it will not center the page? Has anyone run into this? Is there a fix?

      Hi Daes,

Converting “footnotes” to “endnotes” will let you center the page.

If the page you want to center is a single standalone page and not part of a longer document then this should solve your problem.

However, if the page you want to center is one page of a longer document, then convering the footnotes to endnotes will place the endnotes at the document’s end and this may not be what you want.

To convert footnotes to endnotes do this:

      1 Switch to Normal view.
2 On the View menu, click Footnotes.
3 In the note pane, click All Footnotes.
4 Select the notes you want to convert, and then right-click.
      5 Click Convert to Endnote.
