Can’t Sign Into “News & Interests”

I have the “News & Interests” button in my taskbar. The problem is, it is not signed into my MS account. When I click the 3 dots it says “No Connected Account”. When I click on “Manage Interests” It takes me to my interests page. I am signed into everything else MS but this doesn’t even look like it has an option to sign in. Any help is appreciated.

Apparently it’s a known issue and hopefully will be addressed by MS soon.

Thanks for the help, mine is just like Moonshine’s. Just says “No Account Connected”.

I am not interested in signing in to customize this newly installed “News and Interests” crud that just installed on my pc today.

I want to know how to remove it.

 

(Just figured out how to shut it off before I saw the link below. But thanks anyways)

I too had the “I DON’T WANT THIS, NO INTEREST, THING” on my laptop UNTIL finding the WONDERFUL solution HERE!!

I AM TOTALLY HAPPY IT IS GONE!!!
