Can’t run vbs in task form from others mailbox (2002)

Help! I created a custom Task form using a Task form as the master and adding pages and hiding the default pages.
It has vbs in the form that calls a function in outlook. I have the function added to every computer that accesses the form.
The code runs fine when you open the form in your default mail box but not when you load the form from someone elses mail box.
The other mail box has given Publishing Editor permissions.
