    Yesterday on my home machine I lost all my network connections, including 3 internet logins. When trying to add new connections I get greyed out screens after selecting “Connect manually”.
    Following a lengthy call to my ISP I now know that this is a known problem. I was directed to try solutions in KB articles 320557 & 315341. Tried both no joy.
    Can anyone help?
