I searched the forum before posting this. My 24H2 is on an NVME 2TB drive includes 2 recovery, 1 EFI, and the Win 11 Pro partition. Drive-C-Partitions It is strictly my OS, as all other data is stored on other SSDs. The Win 11 is bitlocked. Attempting to unlock it brings up a warning that all other bitlocked drives recovery passwords will also be wiped out, since they get stored in Drive C.  I’m depending on those to maintain my access to the programs I will need to reinstall on 23H2. I cannot delete this NVME without unlocking it. Is there any other solution other than finding space on another SSD?

Are your other drives also encrypted? If so you will need to either decrypt them, or recover them with the recovery keys afterwards.
Afterwards is easiest – and I assume you have backups…

Yes, I’m doing that now. I’ll install to another SSD, create new Recovery keys again in that OS and then wipe out the current drive C. I have current TeraByte Image for Windows backups for all drives and I’ll create a new ones for 23H2 as I add dozens of programs and tweaks.

      create new Recovery keys

Not new keys, they never change unless you de/re-encrypt.
Each encrypted disk / partition will have its own keys.

      cheers, Paul
