I have a user on our SBS 2003 (ver 5.2.2893.0) that can send e-mail but can’t receive from outside sources. She can, however, receive e-mail from people within the organization (on the same server/Exchange).
    .
People from the outside get the error:
    Error 553 553 5.3.0
    No such user (State 14)
    .
    What is munged up?
    .
When I view her user setup, it is the same as everyone elses…………

This is eerily similar to a problem I had a couple weeks ago.

Your company/organization have any kind of mail filtering service? We use Postini and it was rejecting emails towards me because it didn’t know my account existed and was filtering out any unrecognized addresses.

You could check and see where your MX record points. If it does not point to your Exchange server you’ve got a third party involved. See Quickly Find MX Records for more info if you need it.

You are using Exchange for internal & external e-mail right?

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
