Flashorn, I’m not sure I understand. You mean, in the sense that IT guys no longer make housecalls, instead preferring to phone their advice in from /* insert name of outsourcing country here */ ?

AFAIK, most small-to-medium sized companies still call in outside IT guys to fix their PCs, while large companies have in-house IT guys who come buy to fix any department’s PC.

So, wouldn’t all companies “wait for an IT guy”?
