Calendar: Local vs Server

I have a user who’s Local Calendar is 67MB, while the Server is at 32MB.

I deactivated cache Mode, renamed the OST file, and then re-enabled cache mode to re-create her OST file.

Her calendar is still at 62MB on Local while 32MB on Server.

I noticed she has a lot of Re-occuring appointments but not a lot of attachments.

Can you recommend a fix?
