There’s a glitch in the matrix . . . getting a severe case of Deja Vu – something (mumble) something about August 2016.

“Seamless” must have been some person’s play on word joke, last year after three tries with that update assistance tool and 9 gigabytes later it was found out that disconnecting Wi-Fi would start the upgrade. I was thankful it worked as expected and did not terribly clobber anything, is that how we are supposed to “love Windows”?

Just received to update from 1511 to 1607 again. Must be due to the new creators update coming this month. As before, I had to use my Windows update tool to to hide it again. I have to do this with both PC’s running Windows 10. This is really getting old.

Out of curiosity, why not update to 1607? It actually settled down to be reasonably stable.

As Woody said, there’s probably no better time to do it than now – assuming you’re wanting what Windows 10 is delivering.

I personally like Start menu in 1511 more than the one in 1607 for example. If I can express my opinion with such short experience with W10.
