On June 15 the HP Sppt Asst app (in my new desktop) Inst’d a RealTek BT Audio Driver, an Intel Rapid Storage Tech Driver, & an Intel Mgt Engine Interface Driver.

If MS is “working on the BT issue” then I guess this Driver update is Coincidence, but HP owners might chk your machine for any BT Driver update and the other 2.

you can add Bitdefender to the list of 3rd party antivirus apps that don’t play nice with 1903 woody

and now Avast can be taken off the list since they have just released version 19.6 today that now works correctly with Windows 10 version 1903
