“Here is what I have tried with no success, so any help is greatly appreciated. Each time I’ve tried, it BSODed at about 85%. Here is what I have tried:

“Turned off antivirus and firewall; still … no go

“Tried safe mode … no go

“Tried clean boot … no go

“Disconnected all peripherals such as printer, scanner, external drives … no go

“Tried Media Creation Tool 1909 … no go

      Deleted $WINDOWS. ~BT and $WINDOWS. ~WS … no go

$WINDOWS. ~BT holds a log file created when an upgrade fails during installation

That happened to me on my old ASUS gaming laptop. I found it was most likely an incompatible old driver. A clean install is probably your best solution in that case.
