Bootup duration Event ID 100 is still missing

I know Event 100 has been missing from Windows 10. But I have seen a few people say they got it back after a Windows update. I don’t recall a specific update but it’s probably been 6 months since I seen these few comments. I figured by now everyone should have received enough monthly updates to get it, but I still don’t.

Does anyone here get Event ID 100?

I followed the links & the poster who has Event 100 said he got it after updating to KB5001391 (19042.964). Is that still 20H2?

I never received KB5001391 but have 20H2, 19042.1288. Isn’t that a newer build than his? If so, how come I don’t get Event 100?

If you look at the dates they are year 2020 a year ago.
There are no Event ID 100 for a year now.

I have two machines with Win 10 21H1 x64 Pro build 19043.1288, and have Event ID 100 entries periodically on both of them. There was a period between about March and August with no entries, but I have entries from late September for Event ID 100 boot up diagnostic performance on both machines in the event log.

I just updated to Windows 10 21H1 x64, build 19043.1348 and still no Event ID 100.
