    Folks

    A simple one I hope

I’m trying to set up a resource (“Boardroom”) so that it can have a calendar and be invited to meetings.

    What I want is
    a) people to be able to scan its calendar
people to be able to invite it to meetings
    c) most importantly, for it to auto acept, or auto reject the meeting request straight away (ideally from the server, not a client machine)

I can achieve a) & simply enough – but blowed if I can make c) work. confused

    My questions
    – is there a standard way to do this
    – does a meeting room agent have to be logged in for replies to work

They have to invite the room as a “resource” not required or optional. That’s the only way. They also have to have author permissions to the calendar.
