What a polite name! Here in The Netherlands it’s known as Bulls**t Bingo and it’s been especially popular among civil servants.

        Yes…

I’ve been through several renditions of the Bull**** Bingo variety. Seems like the top level brass enjoys managing from the “book of the month” club, so preparing the bingo board is usually simple; just grab the book everyone is reading and use the phrases within.

The center square would always contain something simple: “Outside the Box”, “At The End Of The Day…”, “The Bottom Line”, “Teamwork”, “None Of Us Are As Strong As All Of Us”, and etc. No one has ever had the nerve to stand up and yell “BULL****” but you can hear the snickering and movement in the meeting room as everyone usually completes the Bingo at the same time. It’s Awesome!

About a year ago I had a copy on my Palm where I made up a list of “somewhat” medical terms heard every day in the nursing home. I never used it but used to show it occasionally to some of the nursing staff to tease them that it might keep them amused during meetings with management. Everyone always got a laugh from my list but, as expected, no one ever asked me for a copy.

(words like: wheelchair, walker, gait belt, meds, VA, care plan, etc.)
