Blocking Return Addresses/Office XP/Word (Word 2002/Office XP )

I use pre-printed envelopes. I have been unable to stop enveloper from printing a return address or the following: “RetAddress Line1” (with this underneathe) “RetAddress Others” etc. What do I need to do to have “nothing” print in the return address area?

I don’t have XP and so apologize if this isn’t helpful. I don’t recognize the terms you are using.

Are you attempting a mailmerge?

In the Envelopes and Labels Wizard there is a checkbox to omit the return address. Have you checked this?

I don’t have XP either, but I think they’re refering to the WOPR Enveloper tool – perhaps they should post their question in WOPR Peer-to-peer

if you are referring to the built-in envelopes and labels feature, (in W97) there is a checkbox in the envelopes window which you uncheck to switch off the return address – I presume there is something similar in WXP?
