How do I block or delete KB4023057, which blew past my metered connection and downloaded itself on to my computer and is awaiting a restart.  I have windows 10 pro with branch readiness set at semi-annual channel, quality updates at 365 and rollups at 30days.  Hopefully I don’t have to let it install to delete it if MS will even let me do it since MS seems [determined] on sticking it on my computer whether I want it or not.  It never showed up as awaiting download or in wushowhide.

      If it has installed:
Control Panel\Programs and Features – uninstall it OR in Settings\Apps  – uninstall it.

If it has downloaded but not installed:
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution rename the “Download” folder to Download.old
Use wushowhide to hide it (it DOES show up in whshowhide, I have been using that to hide it all along(

      If it has not downloaded:
      Use wushowhide to hide it.

After you hide an update, you have to clear the WU cache so it won’t download/install.
