    Has anyone used BigFix ?

      I run it weekly, along with other maintenance, but I’m about to mothball it for a while.

      The BigFix concept is good. Unfortunately support for it seems to be fading. They used to have Tucows as one of their message sites for alerts on updates to many free/shareware programs. Now its mainstay is windows updates. Since the updates are also available direct from MS, BigFix is effectively redundant.
