Best Sound Recorder for PocketPC2002?

Hi,

One of our guys has a PDA with this o/s.

The standard Sound Recorded shipped is very inefficienne in that the files produced, even at lower sampling rates are very large.

So is there another Sound Recorder util. out there which can do it much more efficiently?
