    If you own a Microsoft Surface Book, and you’ve been thinking about buying a new Surface Dial, be aware that at least two people have reported “beep”

      I’m not sure I’m understanding what this crazy tool is. Its a “mouse” you put on your touch screen and “rotate” to see other options?

      Didn’t we used to call this “right clicking” and it was a free feature of your mouse?

      Actually the hockey puck… er, Surface Dial looks like a very useful input device, for folks who do a lot of “inking” – drawing by hand.

      Personally, I haven’t graduated from the first-grade level of stick figures, so I’m not a good one to judge.

      The screen has to be made to accommodate the Surface Dial, as best I can tell.

      Nothing you couldn’t manage with a mouse wheel.
