The Save As choice in Access 2013 is now “The source definition will be imported into a new table in the current app”. When clicked, the familiar choices show, except if “Back Up Database” is chosen, Access will save the current database as a template. I’ve tried repair, reset ribbon, to no avail.
I believe this was caused by a recent update, but cannot determine which of the many from my 9/11 updates.

This was caused by one or more defective updates that MS provided on 9/10/13.
I uninstalled KB2810009 (which also uninstalled 2760350) and KB2752093.
This fixed the problem, so I reinstalled the updates and confirmed that the problem re-appeared.
Based on another thread, I uninstalled only 2752093, and the problem was again fixed.
Hey MS -> CMon Man! Fix the fix.
