AVG 8 & Comodo – false positive

Running AVG Free 8 & Comodo firewall. Recent updates lets AVG find Win32/PEPatch in a Comodo file–“heur.cav”. Googling, it looks to be not just me and most likely a false positive. Anyone else seen this?

I don’t use Avg, Keith, but I did get an update yesterday from Comodo and that file here has a date of February 20, 2009 so it probably is a false positive. If I were in your shoes I’d go on that basis to see if Avg updates quickly. My Avast hasn’t complained about the file and it’s up to date.
