Automating W2K Fax from Word 2K (O2K W2K)

I have successfuly created code to send an email from Access and I thought I could do the same with W2K’s Fax from Word. I’ve organised the picking out of the number, subject etc and I have added FAXCOMLib to the VB refs but I can’t seem to get it to recognise the word file as a fax. It would work if I generated it as a print doc using Fax as the printer but I still have the problem of transferring the fax number from the doc to Fax etc.
Anyone out there help me?
