Automating Import into Outlook

I want to import appointments from Access, which I can do the long way. I’ve automated Access to send out the info but can any one help with the code for a macro to do all the standard import steps. I can play around with code once I have a start but I’m not too good from scratch. The import would be:
1 import a specific file (always the same)
2 map its entries to fit calendar (only 4 of the boxes)
3 enter it
I should probably buy the book but someone’s help would be appreciated.
