• autofill using unbound text (A97)

    hi
    To reduce of tedious inputing the same data in the same field, is it possible to have an autofill from previous record to new record using unbound textbox? Im appreciate if you could show me how??

      There are several possibilities to copy data:

      • If you want to copy the value of the same field in the previous record, press Ctrl+’ (apostrophe).
      • If you want to copy an entire record, select Select Record, Copy and Paste Append from the Edit menu.
      • If you want to copy the values of a number of fields (or all fields) from the previous record automatically when you create a new record, you can use and adapt code provided by Microsoft in ACC: Fill Record w/Data from Prev. Record Automatically (95/97).
