We have a user with the following issue: Word 2003 SP3 auto complete popups up but pressing Enter fails to complete. The user must press F3 to get the auto complete to actually work.
Word in safe mode works but the start up folder is empty. Also, normal.dot is the only entry on the Word Templates and Addins and that has been recreated. We are still tracking down the cause.
