Auto Numbering without Indentation (XP)

I want Word to automatically number some paragraphs, but I want the paragraphs to be entirely consistent with the other paragraphs, namely, only the first line id idented (by 0.5″). See the attached document. Thanks.

Auto-numbering without indentation:
Select the text, go to Format>Bullets and Numbering>Numbered, select the first template, click on Customize and adjust Aligned at (in your document that would be 1,25) and Indent at 0.

But: Auto-numbering only applies to successive paragraphs. In your document there are paragraphs “in-between”. If you replace the paragraph marks with manual line breaks you won’t have any indentation for the next line (see Attachment). So manual numbering is the better solution, especially if you have so few items you want to number.

That worked (auto numbering), even with the in-between paragraphs. (I didn’t use your attachment but followed your intstructions in my attachment.) Thanks!
