They are not planning to publish them in download center or what?

Susan and I have been discussing that. She is investigating.
The WSUS dump has the same links as those above.
The earlier months were right.
Someone mess up??

WU/WSUS/Catalog all provide and use the same links, direct msp files
download center is the only one that provide global exe files

maybe they will publish them on patch tuesday, along with security updates

As of this afternoon the “More Information” link in Win7 Windows Update is now leading to the usual page where both 32bit and 64bit update files can be downloaded.
