Attachments w/ url’s grayed out (6)

On my new work PC, e-mails w/ attachments containing url’s are grayed out. I seem to remember having this problem years ago w/ my home PC…but cant remember how to fix it.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

This will probably fix it.

Go to Start>> Run, type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll [Enter]

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>> Internet Options>> Programs and click on Reset Web Settings.

Got it done in Tools > Options > Security…unchecked “Do not allow attachments…”
