Hello,

Is there a way to attach an Outlook folder to an email? I am sending an email to someone and need to attached an outlook folder with all the emails on it. Thanks.

You cannot attach an Outlook folder itself. Instead, export the folder to a .pst file (using File | Import and Export…, option Export to a file), and attach the .pst file (perhaps zipped).

Alternatively you can include a hyperlink to the Outlook Folder, but the recipient will need the necessary permissions to view the Folder (as a Delegate, or because it’s in accessible Public Folders.) For some code see post 481271 – after the link is put in the clipboard, you can paste it into anything appropriate, including a Word or Excel document.
