    When I activate the archive process, I get the following Microsoft Outlook error message:
    “Archive skips store due to error. Failed to open a source store. The information store could not be opened.”
    Anyone have an idea of what this is trying to tell me? If it can’t open a source store, how do I track down what and where it is? Any suggestions will be most gratefully appreciated.
