Using wushowhide, I hid an update I received thru Windows Update: intel 2031.15.0.1743. Should I install this update?

After I sent the above request, I ran wushowhide again and hid the following new Intel update:
Intel — other hardware -Intel Xeon e3 – 1200/1500 v5/6th Gen Intel Core PCle Controller (x16) – 1901
Should I install this update?
