Is there a way to create a moving line in powerpoint? For example, to indicate a directional flow in a process.

In PoPo 2000 you can make use of animated gifs
On The internet there are a lot of animated gifs that you can use.

If you want the line to move once, not continously:
1. Draw the line at its ending position
2. Right-click the line and select Custom Animation
3. On the Timing tab, click Line#, and Animate
4. On the Effects tab, choose Fly from Left, or wahtever direction you desire.
