A quick soup that the little kids ’cause they can play and eat at the same time
. And it’s much better than one of those ghastly

Ingredients (servers 6)
- 450 ml of boiling water
- 250 grams of Alphabet noodles
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 grams of fresh parsley
- chicken stock (or 6 chicken stock cubes)
- 1 flat tablespoon of margarin (or butter if you prefer)
- Pepper and Nutmeg[/list]Method
- Put butter or margarine in a pot, put on medium heat and grind some fresh pepper into it.
- While waiting for the pepper to start sizzling, break the two eggs into a dish and whisk thoroughly. Boil the water.
- Once the pepper sizzles, add the noodles and stir every 10 seconds or so until some letters start getting brown.
- Add boiling water (supervise the kids during this process!), turn heat to the lowest possible, stir, ensuring nothing sticks to the bottom of the pot.
- After 2 minutes or so, add the chicken stock (or crumbled stock cubes) and simmer for 5 minutes to 8 minutes.
- Finely chop the parsley and stir into the eggs. Take soup off heat and stir the egg/parsley mixture into the soup. Sprinkle some fresh ground nutmeg on top and give one more stir.
