I read in various posts that, with Vista, Microsoft is trying to get people to run as a normal user not an administrator. However when I first set up my pc it was as ‘Administrator’ (because I did not know any differently!) and hence all my additiional programmes, files, IE7 settings and Mail are accessed via the Admin account. Is there an easy way to copy all of this information to ‘me’ when I use the pc as a normal user ?

The idea of being a user instead of admin is for protection. IF your careful, running as an admin is ok, that’s what I do. It just easier for me.

Same here but I thought there must be an easy way to use the ‘safe option’.
