Adding Rectangle around Bound Controls?

What is the proper procedure to add a Rectangle Control around three lines of name and address controls that are already on the form?

When I set the Rectangle Back Style from Transparent to Normal I can

Replies

Select the rectangle then use Format menu > Send to Back command to send rectangle “behind” the controls. Or make rectangle transparent then select the controls and use Format > Bring to Front command.
