• Adding buttons to cells? (Excel 2000)

I know I keep coming up with dumb questions, so please excuse my ignorance. I really have been looking through the documentation, but I can’t seem to find an answer.

I am trying to create an Excel spreadsheet that would have two radio buttons per line. They would be tied together, of course, so they would be mutually exclusive. Is it simply a matter of selecting the radio button from the control toolbox and drawing two buttons on the same row?

      No.

To have two option buttons work together, right click on the button while you are in design mode, and set the GroupName property of the two buttons to the same value.

You can toggle into and out of design mode by clicking the blue “set square” icon on the left of the design toolbar.
