    Hi,

In Excel the load order of the add-ins can be controlled from within the registry by controlling the registry keys.

    1. Is similar control possible within Word by controlling load order of the .dot files?
    2. What does actually control the load order in Word?

    Tia and bests,

As far as I know, add-ins load in reverse alphabetic order of their names (i.e. zzzz.dot loads first, aaaa.dot loads last).
