Activating Signature when required

I was wondering if there is a way to activate the signature when required i.e for delective email addresses or on an ad-hoc basis

What version of Outlook? In Outlook 2007, its on the Insert tab.

Thanks for the reply. I am using outlok 2007. I know how to insert a signature, but only want to usse it when needed i.e only for certain emails

Not out of the box. There are Outlook addins that will do this, such as http://www.standss.com/signatureswitch/outlook-add-on

Might be better ones or free ones out there, you’d have to search.
