My wife has recently decided she likes to use e-mail and have setup her an account within outlook. Have created her own address book and folders to store them. However when she starts outlook and sends mail they list me as the sender.
How can we setup outlook so mail is sent from the right person. Is there a macro that can be programmed into the toolbar or better still get Outlook to ask who the user is on start and setup the preferences that way.
Is there anywhere on line that could give further guidance.
We are using Win XP Pro but a single log in.
