• Access Rule? (Office XP)

    I can’t remember how I did it before, but I don’t remember how to make access allow a zero at the front of a number. Any helps is greatly appreciated!

      If you are using a number field, you can set the Format property of the field (or of a control on a form or report bound to it) to, for example, 00000 if you always want to display 5 digits. This will not affect the way the number is stored, only how it is displayed.
      If you are using a text field, you can use the Input Mask property to enforce a certain format.
