I have an MS Access database. I built the database almost a decade ago and we use it daily at work. The backend is in Office 2000 and resides on a machine running Windows XP. I have a front-end on my computer which runs Office 2007 on Windows Vista. There is also a front-end on the Windows XP/Office 2000 machine.
Everytime I open the main form to display the member information, it opens with a filter applied and just one record accessible until I click to remove the filter. This does NOT happen on the Windows XP/Office 2000 machine that houses the backend, and it didn’t happen on my own Windows XP/Office 2000 machine, nor on my Windows XP/Office 2003 laptop. It began when I put the frontend on the Vista machine. I don’t remember if it started before or after I upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007 on that machine.
There is no code in the “On Open” event for the form.
Can anyone advise how to disable this filter from occurring when the form opens?
Thank you.
